Role: Finance & Processing Agent
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27 0BY
Project: 06 Months Pulse
Rate: 15-16 GBP Per Hr – inside IR36
We are looking for a candidate that will carry out the following role and responsibilities, which includes but is not limited to:
- Processing customer loan documentation in accordance with operational procedures.
- Applying payments to customer loan accounts.
- Completing financial and general ledger reconciliations.
- Supporting financial assistance activities such as repayment schedule amendments and account adjustments.
- Investigating discrepancies and resolving financial queries.
- Providing technical financial support to internal colleagues and client teams.
- Producing reconciliation data and reports for client finance teams.
- Maintaining accurate customer and financial records.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working towards individual and team performance objectives.
