Finance Procurement Coordinator
South West London | Up to £38,000 + Bonus
We are recruiting a Finance Procurement Coordinator for an established, design-led interiors business delivering complex projects in the UK and internationally.
This is a really interesting role sitting across finance, procurement and project coordination. You’ll support the financial side of interior projects from the initial procurement and budgeting stages right through to final reconciliation, working closely with Finance, Procurement and Project Management teams.
The role will include:
- Project budgets, costing and financial reporting
- Procurement contracts and payment schedules
- Purchase invoices and supplier payments
- Project bank reconciliations
- Monitoring project spend, revenue and margins
- Month-end reporting
- Final project reconciliations and P&L reporting
- Supporting project logistics, VAT and international deliveries

The position genuinely follows projects through their financial lifecycle rather than focusing on one narrow part of the accounts process.
We’re open on background. You could currently be working in finance, procurement, project coordination, commercial administration or a project-based role.
What matters most is that you are highly organised, comfortable with numbers and Excel, used to working across multiple projects and able to communicate confidently with different stakeholders. Experience in interiors, FF&E, design, property or another project-led environment would be particularly relevant.
