Are you an experienced Finance Transformation leader with a strong background in ERP implementations, global program delivery, and enterprise financial process optimization?
We are seeking a Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead large-scale finance modernization initiatives, ERP implementations, and enterprise transformation programs across multiple entities, geographies, and business functions. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with financial objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational strategy.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in finance operations, ERP platforms, program management, financial controls, process transformation, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs from planning through post-implementation support.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Drive governance frameworks and project execution standards.
- Provide leadership across global and multi-entity initiatives.
Finance Transformation
- Lead enterprise-scale finance transformation programs across multiple business units and countries.
- Redesign and optimize finance operating models.
- Standardize financial processes and controls across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting quality.
- Support business growth through scalable financial systems and processes.
ERP Implementation & Modernization
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and migration initiatives.
- Drive solution deployment across core financial processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Manage configuration, testing, integration, deployment, and stabilization activities.
- Ensure ERP solutions support future business requirements.

Risk & Governance Management
