Finance Project Analyst – Financial Crime Managed Service

We're hiring an Experienced Service Analyst to join a growing managed service team supporting financial crime due diligence for a financial services firm.

You'll take ownership of reporting, invoicing and reconciliation for the service, working closely with client and internal stakeholders. It's a chance to help shape a fast-growing service from the ground up, with genuine influence over how processes are set rather than just following an established playbook.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and producing monthly service reports for the client, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Building out manual and semi-automated reporting on service performance and invoicing
  • Setting up work orders, preparing invoices and supporting documentation, and running periodic reconciliations
  • Managing change requests end-to-end — preparing, reviewing and maintaining a change log
  • Attending and supporting governance forums as required
  • Developing and documenting processes and SOPs for service management activities
  • Coordinating new client relationship checks and onboarding, liaising between internal teams and the client
  • Supporting commercial forecasting and reporting alongside the internal finance function

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
