As part of our Better Together transformation programme, we're bringing people, processes and technology together to create a more connected, customer-focused organisation. We're now looking for an experienced Project Manager - Finance to help deliver the finance transformation and business change initiatives that will support the next phase of our growth.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Change Management, you'll lead the delivery of multiple finance and business change projects across DCC Energy Great Britain, ensuring successful outcomes that drive operational efficiency, stronger controls and improved business performance.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager who combines strong delivery expertise with an understanding of finance operations and enjoys working across complex organisations to implement meaningful change.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation and business change projects
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance requirements
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, IT and operational teams to deliver process improvements and scalable solutions
- Support initiatives focused on standardisation, automation, reporting improvements and systems enhancements
- Develop business cases, track benefits realisation and monitor project performance
- Provide clear project reporting and communication to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with Business Change teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
You'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering finance transformation, business change or project delivery programmes
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, reporting and budgeting environments
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience managing project budgets, governance and benefits realisation
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities
- The ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- A collaborative, delivery-focused approach

Experience of finance transformation, ERP implementations, process standardisation or operating model change would be highly advantageous.
PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or similar project management qualifications are desirable but not essential.
