Looking for more than month-end?

If you're ACA qualified (or equivalent), trained in audit and have made the move into industry, this is an opportunity to use your technical accounting skills on projects that genuinely shape a growing business.

We're exclusively partnering with a PE-backed international business that continues to grow through acquisition. As the business expands, finance plays a pivotal role in ensuring acquisitions are successfully integrated, financial information is robust and decisions are underpinned by high-quality data.

This isn't a traditional reporting role.

You'll be at the centre of acquisition activity. Supporting due diligence, preparing completion accounts, calculating earn-outs, integrating newly acquired businesses and ensuring financial data stands up to scrutiny. You'll work across multiple projects where attention to detail, commercial awareness and technical accounting expertise are critical.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're keen to hear from Qualified Accountants (ideally ACA) who:

  • Trained within audit in practice and have since gained experience in industry.
  • Enjoy analysing data, identifying anomalies and ensuring financial integrity.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, project-led environments where no two weeks are the same.
  • Can work independently whilst knowing when to challenge, collaborate and ask the right questions.
  • Have the confidence and emotional intelligence to build relationships with newly acquired SME businesses, helping guide them through change with professionalism and humility.

Previous exposure to acquisitions, completion accounts, post-deal integration or finance transformation projects would be highly advantageous, although not essential.
