The Role – Finance Recruitment Consultant

You will do active business development by bringing on new clients. Source candidates that they are looking to fill their roles, by mapping your market and then screening potential candidates. Organise and prep your candidates for interviews. Secure them an offer and negotiate the deal. Make a placement and get your commission!

The Incentives – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary with an increase to £30k within 6 months
- Promotion after half a year
- 40% commission structure on top of the base salary
- OTE in year 1 = £50k
- 28 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holidays
- Work from home every Wednesday after promotion

The Profile We Want – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 or above from a Russell Group Uni
- Minimum BBB at A-Level
- Sports background – individual or part of a team
- Confident and Charismatic
- Sales experience preferred – B2B, B2C, cold calling, door to door
