A leading international law firm is looking to add a 1-4 PQE associate to its highly regarded London Financial Regulatory team.

The practice advises banks, investment firms, asset managers, fintech businesses and digital platforms on complex UK and EU regulatory matters. Their work spans prudential regulation, MiFID, AIFMD, ESG, payments, market infrastructure, fintech and digital assets, alongside the regulatory aspects of significant cross-border transactions and strategic projects.

You will advise clients on technical regulatory questions while translating complex rules into clear, commercially workable solutions. The role offers meaningful client contact and scope to take ownership of matters as your experience develops.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-4 years' PQE in financial services regulation.
  • Experience across banking/investment firm regulation, funds and asset management, payments, fintech or digital assets.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as MiFID, CRR/CRD, AIFMD and/or IFPR.
  • Experience producing clear written advice and reviewing related policies, procedures and contractual documentation.
