Finance Sales Administrator – Group Fleet

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £27,100

As a Finance Administrator working within our Group Fleet team, you will provide an efficient and effective administrative support function to the Fleet department.

The fleet team are based at our Head Office in Apperley Bridge, and hybrid working of 3 days in the office and two days at home is optional following the successful completion of a 3-month probation period.

Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Processing all documentation accurately, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Ensuring 100% accurate and timely taxing of vehicles and all vehicle invoices.
  • Accurately inputting and uploading relevant documents to internal systems in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all financial aspects of our accounts and manufacturer targets reconcile weekly.
  • Proactively reducing department debts and outstanding bonus payments.
  • Supporting and chasing the progress of all aspects of new car orders to ensure prompt delivery of vehicles and keep relevant team members up to date.
  • Ensuring information and customer details are kept up to date and used accurately within the relevant systems.
  • Ensuring correct costs including bonus are allocated to the correct vehicles.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the post.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous administration experience working in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • A customer-centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
