Winterhalter is seeking a 'Finance & Service Account Coordinator' to join our Credit Control team in our Milton Keynes head office.

The Finance & Service Account Coordinator plays an important role, ensuring the efficient administration of customer accounts and maintaining accurate financial records. Working closely with the Credit Manager, Service Manager, Service Support team, field-based Service Technicians, and both internal and external customers, the role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Managing customer accounts, payments and credit control activities
  • Maintaining accurate customer and account records
  • Supporting service administration, quotations and order processing
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
  • Supporting Service Technicians and internal stakeholders with relevant account and service information
  • Producing reports and management information to support business decision-making

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in credit control, accounts administration or customer service
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • SAP experience desirable

Hours Of Work & Benefits

  • Core hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (opportunity for hybrid working upon completion of probation period)
