Hiring: Finance Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion
We are looking for an experienced Finance Solution Architect to lead architecture governance and solution design for a large-scale finance transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Own Finance Solution Architecture, roadmap, principles, and standards
- Lead architecture across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, iPaaS, Data & Analytics
- Define and govern Global Finance & Canonical Data Models
- Drive integration, transition/coexistence, and end-to-end finance architecture
- Ensure alignment with IFRS/GAAP, SOX, tax, and statutory requirements
- Govern AI, automation, and process transformation opportunities
- Lead architecture governance, design assurance, and senior stakeholder engagement
- Support RFP solution evaluation and capability-to-application mapping

What we’re looking for:

- Strong experience in Finance Transformation / Oracle Fusion architecture
- Deep knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C, Projects, Assets, Treasury, Tax, Consolidation & FP&A
- Strong integration, iPaaS, and canonical data modeling experience
- Experience with EPM integration, hybrid/multi-ERP landscapes, and data architecture
- Excellent C-suite communication and architecture governance skills
- TOGAF / ERP / Integration certifications preferred
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
