Finance Specialist
We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our client’s dynamic Finance team. This is a brilliant opportunity based in Milton Keynes offering hybrid working while playing a pivotal role across the organisation.
What You Will Do
- Manage external partners to deliver accurate affiliate financial statements compliant with local regulations and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate all tax activities (including VAT, CIT, deferred/withholding tax) with external providers, ensuring timely submissions and supporting tax audits.
- Drive the end-to-end internal and external audit process from planning and evidence collection to tracking findings and executing remediation actions.
- Partner with the SSC to monitor service delivery (STP, RTR), execute risk assessments, monitor compliance KPIs, and initiate continuous process improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Group compliance policies (e.g., Anti-corruption, Antitrust) for assigned entities.

Minimum Qualification
- Proficiency in SAP.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, with a focus on compliance, tax, governance, or audit.
- Expertise in Tax Compliance (VAT, CIT, withholding tax) and local statutory reporting obligation.
- Proven experience leading audits (internal or external).
- Deep understanding of finance processes and internal controls (STP, RTR).
