About the Opportunity
micro1 is engaging experienced Finance Specialists to contribute to a customer project focused on elevating the quality, impact, and clarity of financial presentations and investor materials.
In this role, you'll apply your financial expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. You'll work with complex financial information, presentations, and investor materials to improve how AI systems understand, evaluate, and communicate financial analysis.
No prior AI experience is required — your domain expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconstruct and enhance Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate complex financial data and insights.
- Design visually compelling presentations using data visualization and financial storytelling techniques.
- Review, edit, and refine financial content for accuracy, clarity, readability, and professional quality.
- Translate quantitative analysis and valuation results into clear, investor-ready presentations.
- Evaluate presentation drafts for data integrity, visual quality, accuracy, and persuasive messaging.
- Provide structured feedback to improve financial presentations and investor materials.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project teams to deliver high-quality work aligned with project requirements and milestones.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide reconstruction and presentation design.
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization and visual storytelling for financial audiences.
- Strong written communication and editorial skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to review complex financial information and identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience preparing investor materials, pitch decks, board presentations, or executive-level financial reports.
- Background in finance, investment banking, consulting, or related professional fields.
- Experience creating or reconstructing professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong understanding of financial communications and investor-facing materials.
- Experience providing detailed feedback on presentation quality, financial accuracy, and visual storytelling.
- Portfolio of reconstructed or custom-designed financial presentations is a plus.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $150–$350/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
