The Opportunity

Arup is delivering a global Finance Strategic Transformation Programme, implementing Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM to create a modern, cloud-based finance platform that will transform processes, improve insights, and enhance user experience across the business.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead on a 2 Year Fixed Term Contract to provide technical leadership for this major global transformation. Working closely with Finance, Digital Technology, business stakeholders, and implementation partners, you will oversee the design, integration, data migration, security, and technical delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM, ensuring a scalable, secure, and future-ready solution.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of Arup’s most significant business transformation programmes while collaborating with a global, cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM across multiple regions.
  • Provide technical oversight across architecture, integrations, data migration, security, environments, and platform management.
  • Drive technical governance, design decisions, and solution assurance, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practice and enterprise standards.
  • Oversee integration development using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and middleware technologies.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and programme deliverables to support successful implementation and adoption.
  • Partner with Digital Technology teams, finance stakeholders, and the System Integrator to ensure high-quality delivery and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Support testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition into business-as-usual support.
  • Lead and mentor technical team members, promoting delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
