Salary: $86,750 - $93,416 (Plus 12.5% Super)
Location: Canberra Hospital, Garran

This role provides essential financial and administrative support across a range of services, ensuring compliance with CHS policies and legislative requirements. Responsibilities include processing and reconciling financial transactions, managing banking activities and financial controls, coordinating travel, training and funding applications, and delivering high-quality customer service and advice to a diverse range of stakeholders. The role also provides secretariat and administrative support, maintains accurate records and reporting, and contributes to continuous improvement while working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional who combines strong financial administration experience with exceptional organisational skills. You will have proven experience managing financial transactions and reconciliations with accuracy, building positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and providing high-quality operational and administrative support. Adaptable and solutions-focused, you can balance competing priorities, exercise sound judgement, and work both independently and collaboratively to deliver efficient, compliant and effective services.
