Our client is a leading specialist management consulting firm with a blue-chip international client base and a strong global presence.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Finance Systems Accountant role will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the administration and maintenance of various Finance systems (Sage Intacct (ERP), Kantata (PSA) & SalesForce (CRM)) including:
- Managing user access and permissions
- Troubleshooting technical errors
- Maintaining system configuration and master data, supporting changes as the business scales
- Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations between Sage, Kantata and other finance systems, investigating and resolving data exceptions
- Assisting with testing and validation during system upgrades, configuration changes and new module rollouts
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation of system processes and controls
- Assisting in user training and the upkeep of training materials
- Supporting internal and external audit requests relating to systems and data
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, acting as a conduit between finance and central BI team
- Help identify opportunities to automate manual processes across the finance systems landscape, and support implementation of agreed improvements
- Contribute to the finance representation in the group's data project, helping document finance data requirements and mapping under guidance from senior team members and IT
- Assist with ad hoc projects such as system migrations or acquisition onboarding as required
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from finance and operational stakeholders

Skills
The skills and experience required for this Finance Systems Accountant role include, but are not limited to:
- Degree qualified, or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), with a good grounding in double-entry accounting
- Previous experience working with a cloud accounting or ERP system, and a genuine interest in finance systems and data
- Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good communicator, confident engaging with both finance and technical stakeholders
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Industry experience in a professional services or consultancy environment is highly beneficial
