Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy and dynamic Finance Systems team, supporting a wide range of finance systems and processes across the firm.
Working with a variety of systems and technologies, including Elite 3E, SAP Concur, and Power BI, you’ll help ensure our finance systems and data are maintained accurately, support colleagues with day-to-day queries, and contribute to reporting and wider team projects.
This role would be a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and an interest in technology and systems who is looking to build their experience within Finance Systems, business support, or technology.

The Role
As part of the Finance Systems team, you will:
- Maintain and update client, matter, and timekeeper information across the firm’s finance systems.
- Carry out day-to-day administration within Elite 3E and other finance applications, helping to maintain accurate and reliable system data.
- Monitor the Finance Systems mailbox and service desk tickets, triaging queries, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team member.
- Follow up on outstanding queries and provide a responsive, customer-focused service to colleagues across the firm.
- Produce ad hoc reports using Power BI and other reporting tools, supporting data gathering and analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Support the administration of SAP Concur, including maintaining approver hierarchies and assisting with user queries.
- Provide administrative support for Finance Systems projects, testing, and other system-related activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team, helping us identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.

The Candidate
You will be organized, proactive, and keen to learn, with an interest in systems, technology, and how they can support a business.
You will also have:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
Previous experience within finance, legal, or professional services would be beneficial but is not essential. Experience using business systems, databases, or reporting tools such as Power BI would also be advantageous, as would knowledge of Elite 3E, SAP Concur, or similar systems.
