Location: Blackburn, BB1 2FA

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: Up to £32,000

About The Role

As Finance Systems Administrator at EG On The Move, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our finance systems are reliable, secure and efficient. Working closely with Finance, Technology and wider business teams, you’ll manage day-to-day system administration, support users and maintain accurate financial data.

You’ll also identify opportunities to improve system functionality, automate processes and enhance efficiency across the business. Alongside supporting system changes and finance transformation projects, you’ll help ensure improvements are effectively tested, documented and implemented, contributing to the continued development of our finance systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage user administration, including accounts, access permissions, security roles and approval workflows.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), SharePoint and Medius, including system configurations and financial master data.
  • Provide first-line support to Finance users, managing queries and support tickets, resolving routine issues and escalating complex problems.
  • Monitor sales integrations and perform data validation, reconciliations and quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
  • Support data cleansing, uploads, migrations, finance reporting and system outputs, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain system documentation, user guides and standard operating procedures, and provide training and guidance to Finance users.
  • Support system changes, enhancements and upgrades, including testing, user acceptance testing and validation.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to identify process improvements, enhance system functionality and streamline financial processes.
  • Contribute to finance systems projects and transformation initiatives and support audit and control activities by providing relevant system information and evidence.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working with finance, ERP or business systems in an administrative or support role.
  • Basic understanding of core finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
  • Experience supporting system administration, including user access and permissions.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, validate and maintain accurate data.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to support Finance users and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
