The Opportunity
We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance our global Finance systems landscape, driving automation, digital transformation and continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with the Group Head of Finance Systems, you will help ensure our Finance platforms deliver maximum value through effective support, governance, innovation and user engagement.
In this varied role, you will support key Finance technologies including ERP, expense management, procurement, treasury, payroll and reporting systems, while also leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and RPA solutions to streamline processes and improve user experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting across Finance systems and related technologies.
- Gather business requirements and help design, test and deliver system enhancements and new solutions.
- Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate and automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and digital transformation across Finance.
- Support system governance, controls, documentation, user access management and compliance activities.
- Deliver user training and promote adoption of new tools, processes and technologies.
- Build strong relationships with Finance, IT and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on Finance systems and automation.
Is this role right for you?
- Experience working with Finance systems in a Finance or business systems environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Knowledge of business process improvement, systems administration or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), automation technologies or RPA is highly desirable.
- Confidence working with tools such as Excel, SQL and reporting technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
