Finance Systems Analyst
The Finance Systems Analyst will be the main Finance contact for Microsoft Dynamics, using a strong understanding of finance processes to improve how the system is used. The role will manage agreed Finance-owned changes and work with IT and External consultant on technical support and system development.

Description
Own and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 across a growing £250m+ multi-entity business, acting as the primary finance systems expert
- Bridge the gap between Finance, Operations and IT, translating business requirements into system improvements and more effective workflows.
- Improve financial controls, reporting, data integrity and end-to-end processes including purchase-to-pay, general ledger and month-end close activities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, driving system adoption, enhancing reporting through Power BI and identifying automation opportunities.
- Play a key role in finance transformation and business integration projects within a rapidly growing construction and infrastructure group.

Profile
A successful Finance Systems Analyst should have:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a finance environment, with the ability to support, optimise and drive adoption of ERP functionality.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes including Purchase-to-Pay, General Ledger, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and financial controls.
- Demonstrable experience delivering systems improvements or ERP projects, including gathering requirements, testing solutions and implementing process enhancements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for finance and operational teams.
- Analytical, curious and commercially minded, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement, data integrity and process optimisation.

Job Offer
Permanent position based in Cookstown, hybrid role.
- Salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 dependent on the level of experience.
