About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Analyst with extensive experience in Aderant and related financial systems to join our team on a fully remote basis. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position designed for professionals who excel in system integration, analysis, and optimization within legal or professional services environments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining our finance systems to ensure seamless operations and data integrity. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, providing a balanced work-life environment while contributing to high-impact projects that drive operational excellence for our clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance systems within legal or professional services sectors, with proven expertise in Aderant or similar platforms such as Intapp. Essential qualifications include:

  • Significant experience working with finance systems in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Deep understanding of Aderant, including its integration capabilities and customization options.
  • Experience with system analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and end-users.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • Relevant certifications or training in finance systems or related technologies are advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Finance Systems Analyst will be responsible for a variety of key functions, including:

  • Analyzing current finance system configurations and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Supporting the implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, particularly with Aderant and other financial platforms.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system modifications.
  • Performing system testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions to ensure continuous system availability and performance.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Providing training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of finance systems.
  • Monitoring system performance and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Staying updated with the latest developments in finance systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
