Role Overview
Our client, a growing international business, is looking for a finance professional to own their finance systems and drive the quality of management reporting group-wide. It's a varied role spanning systems administration, reporting, process improvement, and people leadership.
Duties
- Administer the finance/ERP system (Dynamics 365), including access, controls, and configuration; own chart of accounts and master data integrity across entities
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and automation projects, liaising with IT and vendors
- Produce accurate, timely monthly management accounts and board reporting packs; maintain reporting templates and dashboards
- Support statutory accounts prep and audit queries; retain ownership of end-to-end payroll
- Drive process efficiency and standardisation across the management accounting function
- Present monthly results to budget holders alongside FP&A, and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Line-manage two direct reports

Profile
- Part-qualified/qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience
- Track record in management accounting and/or finance systems, including hands-on Dynamics 365 and Jet Reporting
- Some experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Strong Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query); Power BI knowledge a plus
- Solid grasp of management accounts production and month-end close
