Finance Systems Business Analyst - Salesforce / ERP Integration
Location: UK - Remote
Duration: 3 Month Contract
Rate: £550 - £650 per day (Inside IR35)
We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Business Analyst to join a large, established organisation on an initial 3-month contract.
This role will support a programme of finance systems improvements, with a particular focus on systems integration, business process optimisation and requirements gathering across Salesforce, NetSuite and associated enterprise applications.
Working closely with Finance, IT and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring systems integrate effectively and financial data flows accurately across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements for finance systems and integration projects.
- Work with stakeholders across Finance, IT and Commercial teams to understand existing processes and identify improvements.
- Support the integration of Salesforce, NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
- Produce functional specifications, user stories, process maps and data flow documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams to define integration requirements, data mapping and system interfaces.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy and reduce manual intervention.
- Support system testing, UAT and the resolution of technical and functional issues.
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on finance systems, ERP implementations or finance transformation projects.
- Strong experience gathering requirements and supporting systems integration projects.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting processes, ideally including billing, invoicing or order-to-cash.
- Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, data mapping, system interfaces and data flows.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively between Finance and technical teams.
- Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications and process documentation.
- Ability to work independently and deliver effectively within a short-term contract assignment.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
- Experience with CPQ, deal configuration or quote-to-cash processes.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or financial reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting data migration, reconciliation and UAT.
