Job Description
The ERP Transformation team is a well-established delivery and support function responsible for shaping, implementing, and continuously improving the organisation’s Oracle ERP capability. The team is led by the ERP Head of Systems and works closely with Finance, Shared Services, Technology, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to ensure Oracle Fusion solutions are delivered in line with operational needs, governance expectations, and transformation priorities.
The team operates across three core pillars of activity: Oracle Business Analysis, Oracle Functional and Technical Execution, and Oracle Maintenance and BAU Support. Together, these pillars provide end-to-end ownership across the Oracle Fusion transformation lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to design, build, testing, deployment, adoption, stabilisation, and ongoing optimisation.
This role will sit between the three delivery pillars and report directly to the ERP Head of Systems. The Oracle Fusion Project Manager will own and run the day-to-day delivery management across transformation and BAU change activity, ensuring delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, actions, and governance artefacts are actively managed, progressed, and clearly communicated.
The role is expected to lead day-to-day project cadence, including planning sessions, working groups, status reporting, RAID reviews, action tracking, change control, testing readiness, cutover planning, and stakeholder engagement. The Project Manager should resolve issues directly with the relevant teams wherever possible, escalating to the ERP Head of Systems only where material risks, decisions, dependencies, or blockers require senior intervention.
As a senior member of the ERP Transformation team, the Oracle Fusion Project Manager will bring proven Oracle Fusion delivery experience, strong project control, and the confidence to manage complex cross-functional change across Finance, Technology, Shared Services, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
