Wood has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Systems Coordinator to join the Group Finance Function on a permanent basis. In this role you will support the administration, build and ongoing maintenance of the Group consolidation system.
This role is based in our Aberdeen office, with hybrid working of three days in the office and two remote a week.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, the Finance Systems Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and developing the Group's OneStream platform as it transitions from implementation into business as usual. You will be responsible for maintaining master data and dimension structures, building and enhancing templates and reports, managing user security, and supporting system testing, training, and ongoing administration.
Working closely with the OneStream implementation consultant and a wide range of finance and IT stakeholders, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop deep technical and functional expertise in the platform. As an integral member of the Finance Systems team, you will help build the internal capability needed to support, maintain, and continuously improve the system post go-live, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and adherence to established governance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and maintaining template forms and cube view reports in OneStream, with a focus on control and cross-validation to maintain data integrity
- Supporting the implementation consultant with the OneStream detailed co-build, developing an understanding of system logic and building the knowledge needed to maintain the system after go-live
- Performing security set-up and supporting the resolution of access and permission issues
- Supporting testing during build and user acceptance testing, and preparing training materials for system users
- Providing day-to-day support to the Systems Accountant and the Finance Systems Manager across the systems workload
- Carrying out ongoing system maintenance and contributing to improvements identified by the team or raised by users
- Responding to user queries on system access, templates and reports, escalating anything that affects data integrity
- Supporting and executing system administration activities, including backup validation, documentation maintenance and business continuity procedures

Expected:
- Experience of working with a consolidation or EPM system
- A finance background, with an understanding of how reported numbers are put together
- Strong Excel skills
- A logical, methodical approach to problem solving
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written communication, particularly for documentation and training materials
- Able to follow a defined standard and apply it consistently
Desirable:
- Oracle systems experience
- Exposure to OneStream
- Experience supporting a system implementation or upgrade
- Part-qualified or studying towards an accounting qualification

- Enthusiastic and keen to learn, with genuine interest in how the system works
- Cautious and reliable in following tasks through to completion
- Comfortable asking questions and raising issues early
