About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014, we started with the delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022, we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is on a growth journey as part of the DoorDash family. As we continue to scale, we need to ensure our finance systems evolve into a robust, scalable, and intelligent ecosystem. This brings us to you, our next Finance Systems Development Manager.
In this role, you will act as an architect of our finance systems landscape, with NetSuite ERP at its core. You will take a role in shaping how our systems scale across multiple geographies, ensuring performance, compliance, and long-term sustainability. Alongside development, you will drive architectural decisions, system governance, and continuous improvement of our finance technology stack.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
