Finance Systems Lead Job Opportunity | Head Office: Botanica, Ditton Park
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum | Full-time, office-based
At Care Concern Group, our continued growth brings an opportunity to strengthen the systems that support our homes and the people behind them.
We’re looking for a Finance Systems Lead to join our Head Office team at Botanica, Ditton Park. Combining financial understanding with technical expertise, you’ll help ensure our finance systems deliver reliable reporting, efficient processes and accurate information across our growing national group.

Contract
- £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week - office based

The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage and develop our financial systems, including Oracle NetSuite, consolidation and reporting tools, and other finance applications.
You’ll take responsibility for their day-to-day operation, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and effective. Working closely with Finance and IT, you’ll develop reporting that gives colleagues accurate information and supports informed decisions across the group.
Alongside keeping our systems running smoothly, you’ll help shape how they develop. You’ll lead and support implementations and upgrades, bringing stakeholders together to deliver improvements, and identify opportunities to connect systems, automate processes and improve data accuracy.

You’ll also be a trusted point of contact for colleagues, resolving technical queries and providing practical training so they can use our systems confidently. Your work will support the timely delivery of management and statutory accounts, audit requirements, and board and management reporting.
Throughout the role, you’ll look for ways to make every day processes more effective, turning challenges into practical improvements that support our growing business.
What We’re Looking For
- At least three to five years’ experience in a finance systems or relevant IT role, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
- Proven experience managing ERP systems, including Oracle NetSuite, alongside consolidation, reporting or other finance applications.
- Experience leading system implementations or upgrades.
- Strong technical skills in system configuration, data management and reporting.
- An analytical approach, with the ability to investigate issues and find practical solutions.
- Confident communication skills, explaining technical information clearly to colleagues with different levels of systems knowledge.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance, IT and the wider business.
- A proactive mindset, strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
