Finance Systems Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £110,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Systems Manager to join a well-established organisation.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for the ongoing management, optimisation and development of the finance systems landscape. You'll work closely with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure systems are robust, efficient and aligned with the organisation's evolving needs.

The Role

As Finance Systems Manager, you will:

  • Own and manage the day-to-day operation of the finance systems environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reporting and system functionality.
  • Act as the key point of contact between Finance, IT and third-party vendors.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements and testing activities.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance and security across finance applications.
  • Support users through training, documentation and issue resolution.
  • Produce meaningful reporting and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system improvements.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong finance systems knowledge with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll be comfortable working across both technical and finance teams.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing finance systems.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes.
  • SAP BPC experience is essential.
  • Experience with other EPM solutions such as Anaplan or OneStream is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience delivering system enhancements, upgrades or process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement.
