Citadel Source are delighted to be partnering with a growing and innovative organisation in the search for a Finance Systems Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience who enjoys troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, and supporting business-critical ERP systems.
The role
As a Finance Systems Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's Business Central environment. This opportunity sits within a growing and ever-evolving business, suited to someone both ‘hands-on’ and someone looking for an autonomous and rewarding business environment.
You will act as the primary point of contact for system support, working closely with end users, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage enhancements, and support ongoing projects.
About you
You will have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across core finance and operational modules, with a strong understanding of transaction flows and troubleshooting processes.

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating with external vendors to deliver effective system support and improvements.
Your responsibilities
As a Finance Systems Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing day-to-day support across Business Central modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory
- Troubleshooting transactional issues and supporting users with posting corrections and reconciliations
- Financial Reporting & Analysis and month-end support
- Managing Business Central environments, including system maintenance, updates, and monitoring
- Coordinating wave releases, deployments, and system enhancements
- Managing relationships with third-party vendors and escalating technical issues where required
- Supporting new projects, integrations, and customisation requests
- Delivering end-user training and providing guidance on system functionality and best practice
- Providing occasional out-of-hours support to accommodate global business operations
