Workday Systems Specialist - Finance Transformation
Up to £65,000 + Bens
Southwest London, Hybrid (3 Days On-Site)
We're partnering with a leading international business to find a technically minded Workday Systems Specialist to join its central project team. This is an opportunity to join a business with an established Workday environment, supporting approximately 500 users and delivering a varied portfolio of finance systems projects.
The Opportunity
This isn't a traditional ticket-based support role. You'll be working across ongoing system development, integrations, and wider transformation projects, helping turn business requirements into practical technical solutions. You'll play a key role in developing and enhancing the Workday environment, working closely with the wider finance and project teams.

What You'll Be Working On
- Developing and enhancing the Workday Financials.
- Developing and enhancing the Workday Adaptive Planning tool.
- Supporting potential developments around Workday OCR.
- Contributing to the implementation of a new supplier portal.
- Managing system tickets and identifying opportunities to integrate improvements.
- Supporting configurations, integrations, and wider system development using Workday Studio.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience working with Workday, ideally across configurations and integrations.
- Experience using Workday Studio.
- A technical mindset with the ability to look beyond individual tickets and identify wider system improvements.
- Experience supporting finance systems projects and delivering technical solutions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Experience with other finance systems will also be considered, although Workday experience is preferred.
