The role

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Systems Transformation Lead to lead one of the most significant change programmes at Energy Saving Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver the implementation of a modern, integrated finance systems landscape that will support the organisation’s future growth and strengthen how we deliver our mission to address the climate emergency.

You’ll take ownership of the programme as it moves from discovery into detailed design and implementation, leading the delivery of a two-year transformation roadmap. Working closely with Finance, Technology, Data teams, senior leaders, external vendors and a Managed Service Provider, you’ll ensure the programme delivers lasting improvements to finance processes, data quality and organisational insight.

If you have successfully delivered complex finance systems or ERP transformation programmes and enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams through change, we’d love to hear from you.

The team

You’ll join our finance team at an exciting time of system and process transformation. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Technology, Data and Digital, you’ll lead a collaborative programme that brings together internal experts and external delivery partners.

Our teams are supportive, ambitious and driven by a shared purpose. We value collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting impact across the organisation while contributing to work that supports a more sustainable future.

What you will do

  • Lead the Finance Systems Transformation Programme from design through implementation, delivering a successful ERP and finance systems transformation.
  • Manage relationships with external system vendors and Managed Service Providers, ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed outcomes.
  • Establish effective programme governance, risk management and reporting, providing assurance to senior stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively across Finance, Technology, Data and business teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive organisational change.
  • Ensure the programme delivers measurable business benefits, including improved efficiency, data quality and financial insight.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
