We are looking for an experienced interim finance lead to oversee month-end, financial reporting, and management accounting for a north Nottinghamshire business.
Working with an established finance team, you’ll immerse yourself in the business and build strong relationships, bringing structure and leadership to the month-end process while ensuring accurate, insightful financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end and management reporting process
- Manage, support, and develop an established management accounts team
- Ensure monthly reporting is delivered accurately and to deadline
- Review financial performance, investigating key movements and variances
- Produce clear and meaningful commentary for the board pack
- Work closely with the wider finance team to improve reporting and month-end processes

About You:
You’ll bring proven experience of leading and developing finance teams.
You’ll be a credible and approachable leader, able to build relationships quickly and get the best from an established team.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
- Proven finance team leadership experience
- Excellent month-end and reporting knowledge
- A collaborative, hands-on approach
