Finance Team Leader

We're recruiting for an experienced Finance Team Leader to join a well-established business based in Cambridge, on a full time, permanent basis.

You'll be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 finance professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and supporting the smooth running of the finance function.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a finance team.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end processes.
  • Review journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant.
  • Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a finance team.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with month-end reporting, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ideally qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, finalist or strong QBE with 5+ years exp.
  • Good knowledge of finance systems and Excel.

What's on Offer?
