Description
The Finance Transformation & Enablement Lead is accountable for building the infrastructure that makes finance’s best work its standard work – systematically, at scale, across every jurisdiction. The role owns the design, standardization and automation of finance reporting, performance infrastructure, and the underlying operating model. Success is measured by adoption, sustainability and repeatability of outputs rather than one-off delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting & Performance Infrastructure
- Design and maintain standardized regional monthly reporting packs.
- Define and enforce a single regional KPI framework and reporting taxonomy.
- Replace manual recurring reports with automated outputs, and drive adoption of real-time dashboards across finance community and beyond.
- Maintain a documented regional reporting catalogue.
- Deliver self-service dashboards for Regional CFOs and Finance Business Partners.
Process, Systems & Operating Model Design
- Define and maintain the standard regional finance operating framework (~95% commonality).
- Identify process pain points and manage a prioritized improvement backlog.
- Embed system-led finance processes in partnership with Workday and Finance Systems teams.
- Pilot and scale new processes across regions.
- Track adoption and behavioral change metrics to ensure sustainability.
Change & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Regional CFOs providing credible challenge and practical solutions.
- Lead change management and enablement activities across regional finance.
- Ensure new processes and reports are documented, owned and self-running.
- Promote a system-first, standardized finance mindset.

Skills & Experience
- Strong data literacy and insight generation capability.
- High systems fluency: Workday (RAAS/OData), SharePoint, Power Platform - BI (DAX), Query, Automate, App; SQL or Dataverse is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills with bias toward automation.
- Experience in finance transformation or operating model standardization.
- Ability to influence at CFO and senior finance leadership level.
- Finance or accounting background is desirable – commercial fluency and the ability to engage at CFO level is what accounts.
