A leading global alternative asset manager is seeking an Interim Accountant to support a critical finance transformation programme. This is an urgent, short-term contract role focused on ensuring business-as-usual finance continues smoothly while new outsourcing initiatives and automation projects are implemented. You don't need years of experience - what matters is being bright, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Testing new payroll, compensation and banking automation systems before go-live.
- Validating data integrity and process flows during the outsourcing transition.
- Supporting BAU finance activities to keep core operations running.
- Identifying and resolving gaps or issues in new processes.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Documenting findings and providing clear feedback on system performance.
Ideal Candidates
- ACA qualification (recently completed or nearing completion).
- Solid foundation in core accounting and finance operations.
- Strong technology skills - experience with data analytics, automation tools, or system testing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A polished, humble approach with quiet ambition.
- Strong academic background.
