Finance Transformation Business Partner, £100,000+, London / Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Our client is a global banking group, with a requirement for a qualified Finance Business Partner to work between the Finance and Technology functions on a range of projects. In the role, you’ll be responsible for project managing various accounting & finance initiatives from planning through to delivery.

Your Role

  • Working with the Finance division on change projects from the requirements gathering to testing and support once live
  • Managing the relationship with the Technology teams and working through complex business system requirements
  • Acting as the Project Manager on a number of initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of the progress throughout
  • Coordinate finance testing and business sign-off before go-live

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant with extensive finance change and systems experience, ideally gained in banking or financial services
  • Excellent business analysis and communication skills
  • Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
