Finance Transformation Consultant

ERP & Business Solutions

Are you a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a passion for helping organisations modernise their finance function and drive meaningful business change?

Sharp UK is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to join our growing ERP & Business Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior business stakeholders to deliver finance transformation initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making.

You'll lead and support a variety of client engagements, ranging from standalone finance improvement programmes to strategic ERP transformation projects powered by Microsoft technologies. You'll play a key role in helping organisations optimise financial processes, enhance reporting and analytics, strengthen governance, and adopt modern Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practices.

The ideal candidate will combine strong finance knowledge with consulting and transformation experience, enabling them to confidently engage with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, define future-state operating models, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong finance background
  • Experience in finance transformation, consulting, ERP, or business improvement roles
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to engage effectively with finance leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent workshop facilitation, analytical and communication skills
  • Experience helping organisations improve finance functions, operating models, and business processes
  • A passion for helping organisations embrace change and realise value from technology investments
