12-Month Contract | £600 per day (Outside IR35) | Fully On-Site | Ellesmere Port
We're supporting a major business undertaking a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant to play a key role in delivering the programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with SAP implementation experience (ideally S/4HANA) to help shape future-state finance processes, support system deployment, and drive business adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programme.
- Work with Finance, IT, and implementation partners on process design, requirements gathering, and solution reviews.
- Review and optimise finance processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Support finance data migration activities from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT testing, managing issue resolution and stakeholder sign-off.
- Drive business readiness through training, documentation, and change management activities.
- Promote SAP S/4HANA and Fiori best practice across the finance function.

About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong background in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Operations.
- Proven experience supporting or leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Finance, IT, and external partners.
- Experience in finance process improvement, testing, and data migration activities.
