Finance Transformation Contractors – Oracle ERP Implementation

Two day-rate opportunities | Financial Services

I'm recruiting for two qualified accountants to support a major Oracle ERP implementation within the Group Finance function of a Financial Services business.

Both are hands-on, delivery-focused assignments and would suit accountants who enjoy getting into the detail of finance systems, reconciliations, and project delivery.

Opportunity 1: UAT

You'll support the Finance team through user acceptance testing, data validation, cutover preparation, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing Finance UAT scripts, validating accounting outputs, and tracking defects.
  • Reconciling migrated balances and investigating discrepancies.
  • Supporting cutover readiness, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Documenting future-state Finance processes and controls.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing GL, chart of accounts, master data, and open AP/AR items.
  • Identifying and resolving data-quality issues.
  • Supporting data mapping and reconciliation between legacy and Oracle systems.
  • Preparing exception reports, migration evidence, and documentation for Finance sign-off.
