Finance Transformation Director
Manchester
Daily rate: c.£1200 per day (outside IR35)
Onsite: 3-4 days per week
Project Duration: 18 months
Broster Buchanan Executive is partnering with a global services organisation to appoint a Finance Transformation Director to lead a critical finance and operational transformation programme.
This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the transformation strategy and delivering measurable business value through operational efficiency improvements, ERP modernisation, and the adoption of new technologies across a global footprint.

Responsibilities:
- Lead finance transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery.
- Drive process improvement, standardisation, and automation across the finance function.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute transformation roadmaps.
- Deliver finance systems, ERP cloud migration, and technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Establish effective governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
- Lead global cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Improve financial reporting, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
- Embed sustainable change and drive adoption across the organisation.
