About the Role
Our client is an international business services organization. We are partnering with them to help appoint an interim Finance Transformation Director on an 18-month programme of works.
The role will lead a critical finance and operational transformation programme across the global infrastructure.
This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the transformation strategy and delivering measurable business value through operational efficiency improvements, ERP modernisation, and the adoption of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery.
- Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation across the finance function.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute transformation roadmaps.
- Deliver finance systems, ERP cloud migration and technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Establish effective governance, reporting and risk management frameworks.
- Lead global cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Improve financial reporting, planning and decision-making capabilities.
