Finance Transformation Lead
We are seeking a highly capable and commercially minded Finance Transformation Lead to support a significant business transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional with deep Record to Report expertise to play a pivotal role in driving process improvement, operational excellence and transition activities across an international organisation.
Working closely with finance team you will ensure smooth delivery of month end close, reporting and process transition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive month end, quarter end and year end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Oversee financial reporting processes and support business performance reporting requirements.
- Manage and coordinate finance transition and transformation activities, including process migrations and operating model changes.
- Partner with finance, operational and project teams to identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance and process documentation.

What we are looking for
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of month end close, financial controls and reporting processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and operate effectively across complex, fast paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
What's on offer
- Up to £800 per day (Outside IR35) plus expenses
- 50% International travel required
- 6 month interim assignment
