Are you an experienced transformation leader with a strong SAP background and a passion for driving meaningful business change? We're looking for an Interim Process Transformation Lead to play a critical role in shaping the future of our finance processes and helping deliver a major SAP-enabled transformation programme.
As a trusted advisor to our finance leadership team, you'll lead the discovery and assessment phase of a significant transformation initiative across Record-to-Report (RTR) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, while also overseeing key elements of Procure-to-Pay (PTP). Working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners, you'll help define a realistic, value-driven transformation roadmap that will underpin our journey to SAP S/4HANA.
What you'll be doing?
In this high-impact role, you'll:
- Lead the diagnostic and discovery phase across finance processes, systems and data landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
- Challenge and validate recommendations from external consulting partners, ensuring solutions are practical, commercially sound and aligned to business priorities.
- Apply deep expertise across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes to drive future-state design and process optimisation.
- Develop a prioritised 3-5 year transformation roadmap, balancing quick wins with longer-term strategic initiatives.
- Identify and define critical enabling activities, including data harmonisation, governance improvements, process standardisation and simplification of SAP customisations.
- Establish value frameworks and support the development of business cases that link transformation initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and translating complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Support mobilisation planning to ensure the programme is ready to transition smoothly from discovery into delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
