Finance Transformation Manager
London - Remote working, with travel required
Permanent
Salary: Competitive + bonus and benefits
We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to play a key role in evolving a global finance function within a complex, multi-entity organisation.
This role sits at the intersection of financial operations, commercial insight, and systems architecture. You will be instrumental in consolidating data across a complex legacy systems landscape, building commercial intelligence platforms, and stress-testing financial improvements to ensure they translate into real, sustainable value.
This is not a traditional transformation role. While you'll design and implement governance frameworks, processes, and methodologies, the real impact comes from validating what works; challenging assumptions with rigor, and building systems that connect sources into a single source of truth for the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
