About Unity Advisory

Unity Advisory is a pure-play, experience-led CFO advisory firm providing integrated finance, commercial, tax and deals support. We are free from audit conflicts and AI-enabled by design, combining deep technical expertise with automation, analytics and AI built into the delivery of every engagement. We are building an alternative to traditional advisory firms, focused on clarity over complexity, outcomes over hours, and practical advice delivered at pace for CFOs making high-consequence decisions.

The Role

As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will lead workstreams within high-impact transformation programmes — working directly with CFOs and their leadership teams to re-imagine and digitise finance functions through digital technologies, streamlined processes and modern operating models.

This is a client-facing role at a firm that does things differently. There are no legacy layers here — you’ll take real ownership, shape the work, and have direct visibility of the impact you create from day one. If you’ve built strong credentials in finance transformation and want to apply them somewhere that moves at pace and actually values your expertise, this is that role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
