About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Finance Transformation Process Analyst to support a major finance transformation programme focused on enhancing planning, forecasting, performance management and reporting capabilities across the organisation.
This role will play a key part in analysing, designing and improving end-to-end business processes, helping to create more efficient, standardised and insight-driven ways of working. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, you will identify improvement opportunities, support process redesign activities and contribute to the successful delivery of transformational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document current and future-state business processes across planning and performance management activities
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement
- Apply process improvement methodologies, including LEAN principles, to eliminate inefficiencies and improve operational effectiveness
- Support workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and process design activities
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop recommendations to enhance business performance
- Document business requirements, process controls, governance frameworks and performance measures
- Track risks, issues and dependencies, helping ensure successful programme delivery
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working through to business-as-usual handover
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and stakeholder communications

About You
You'll be an experienced Business Process Analyst or Continuous Improvement professional with a strong track record of supporting change and transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in business process analysis, mapping and redesign
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma or equivalent
- Experience supporting finance transformation, operational transformation or large-scale change programmes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
