The Finance Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst will lead delivery of a finance change project.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead finance transformation projects and business change initiatives against agreed outcomes, benefits, and organizational goals.
- Manage project scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical solutions that balance organizational needs and delivery constraints.
- Provide analysis, insight, and recommendations when information is ambiguous, incomplete, or evolving.
- Build alignment across stakeholders with different priorities, interests, and objectives.
- Influence the design, implementation, and adoption of change to maximize benefit and minimize delivery risk.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, delivery teams, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify process and ways-of-working improvements and support sustainable change adoption.

What You’ll Need
- Strong experience delivering finance transformation or change projects.
- Experience combining project management, finance business analysis, and organizational change in a complex business environment.
- Good technical understanding of data structures, systems integrations, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Excellent analytical and commercial judgment.
- Knowledge of governance, risk management, process improvement, and delivery frameworks.
- Ability to translate business, operational, and strategic requirements into practical outcomes.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across functions and business levels.
- Awareness of emerging practices, technologies, and approaches relevant to organizational effectiveness and delivery performance.
