We are partnering with a growing consultancy that specialises in helping organisations improve finance functions, optimise operations, and deliver large-scale transformation programmes. The firm combines strategic advisory capabilities with practical delivery expertise, supporting clients from initial business case development through to implementation and adoption.
As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to play a key role in delivering complex transformation initiatives across a diverse client base.
The Role
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders on programmes focused on finance transformation, operating model improvement, process redesign, organisational change, and technology-enabled business improvement.

Successful candidates will be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, taking ownership of significant workstreams while helping clients achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver transformation initiatives across finance and operational functions.
- Lead workstreams from analysis and design through implementation and embedding change.
- Support the design and optimisation of business processes, governance frameworks, and operating models.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Analyse financial, operational, and organisational data to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with technology teams to support digital and systems transformation programmes.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Contribute to proposals, business development activities, and internal capability development.

Ideal Profiles
We are interested in professionals with consulting or transformation experience within ERP or EPM.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Management consulting
- Finance transformation consulting either ERP or EPM
- Business transformation
- Change and programme delivery
- Big Four advisory practices
- Specialist transformation consultancies
