YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Manager in our Finance Transformation practice, you will lead complex workstreams on major global finance projects for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients. You will support Finance leaders in delivering programmes across AI‑native Finance Operating Models, S/4HANA Finance, Global Business Services (GBS) and Integrated Performance Management (IPM). You will take day‑to‑day leadership of delivery, help shape solutions, contribute to proposals, and manage teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Finance Operating Model

  • Support sales and lead workstreams that help clients design and implement AI‑native Finance Operating Models, engaging senior Finance stakeholders and shaping transformation approaches.
  • Deliver Finance Operating Model components including organisation structures, spans & layers, role clarity and decision rights, Global Process Ownership, governance and controls, data ownership, and service‑delivery models (Retained Finance, GBS/GCCs, hubs, CoEs), with embedded

Transformation Delivery and S/4 Hana

  • Support sales and lead S/4HANA Finance workstreams, collaborating with client Finance teams and SI partners to shape scope, plan delivery and manage risks.
  • Deliver S/4 Finance across key processes (R2R, FP&A, Group Reporting, P2P, O2C) using fit‑to‑standard and clean‑core approaches, supporting process harmonisation, data and controls design, testing, readiness and value tracking. Integrate AI‑enabled forecasting or automation where beneficial.

Integrated Performance Management

  • Support sales and deliver IPM‑related workstreams including planning, reporting and analytics components; contribute to shaping propositions and extensions.
  • Deliver KPI frameworks, PB&F calendars, performance dialogues, and EPM/reporting models (e.g., SAC, Group Reporting) aligned to S/4 data structures. Apply AI‑supported insights such as predictive planning, variance analysis and narrative generation.

You will contribute to business development across proposals, bids and account growth and will have an annual sales expectation of £1M.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Passionate about finance transformation and making this real for clients, you will have:
  • Experience delivering finance transformation or ERP‑enabled change in FTSE 100, Fortune 500 or major enterprise environments, or experience gained in a Big 4 / global consultancy
  • Strong understanding of Finance Operating Model, GBS/GCC and end‑to‑end finance process design
  • Solid hands‑on experience in S/4HANA Finance delivery
  • Ability to engage and influence senior Finance stakeholders (e.g., FDs, Controllers, Heads of FP&A)
  • Proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary workstream teams across business and technology
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication and client‑facing skills
