Job Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen within the Property Department for a full-time Finance/Systems Supervisor based at Ninewells Hospital on a Fixed Term/Secondment for 9 months.
Role Responsibilities
- Day to day supervision of the Clerical Team, working under the leadership of the Assistant Admin Services Manager.
- Efficiently organising all training courses for the Property Department.
- Monitoring and supporting the processes/systems maintained by the Team.
- Encouraging and supporting Team members while maintaining own workload in a very busy environment.
- Providing supervisor support for the Faultline/Reception Team.
- Undertaking essential supervisor duties in times of planned and unplanned leave.
Qualifications and Experience
- HND in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability to complete workload to a high standard while organising and prioritising workload of the Clerical Team.

Additional Requirements
- Occasional requirement to travel to other sites across Tayside.
- Compliance with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.

- Hours of work: 36 per week (Monday-Friday). Fixed Term/Secondment for 9 Months.
- Current NHS Tayside Employees: Written approval from your line manager is required prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
