Job Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen within the Property Department for a full-time Finance/Systems Supervisor based at Ninewells Hospital on a Fixed Term/Secondment for 9 months.

Role Responsibilities

  • Day to day supervision of the Clerical Team, working under the leadership of the Assistant Admin Services Manager.
  • Efficiently organising all training courses for the Property Department.
  • Monitoring and supporting the processes/systems maintained by the Team.
  • Encouraging and supporting Team members while maintaining own workload in a very busy environment.
  • Providing supervisor support for the Faultline/Reception Team.
  • Undertaking essential supervisor duties in times of planned and unplanned leave.

Qualifications and Experience

  • HND in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Ability to complete workload to a high standard while organising and prioritising workload of the Clerical Team.

Additional Requirements

  • Occasional requirement to travel to other sites across Tayside.
  • Compliance with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.

  • Hours of work: 36 per week (Monday-Friday). Fixed Term/Secondment for 9 Months.
